Rose Medical Center Named One of the Healthgrades 2020 America’s 250 Best Hospitals

Today, the Rose Medical Center has declared the achievement of the Healthgrades 2020 America’s 250 Best Hospitals Award. The distinction has placed Rose Medical Center among the top 5 percent of around 4,500 hospitals determined nationwide for being superior clinical performance – measured by Healthgrades, which is the most influential resource that connects with the physicians, health systems, and consumers as well.

The President and CEO of Rose Medical Center named Ryan Tobin said that being reputed among the 250 best hospitals across the nation by Healthgrades represents their long-term commitment to the secured and safest experience for their patients. The honor belongs to the team of the doctors, along with the caring nurses and staff at the Rose, who are dedicated to the safety of their patients.

Since 2016, patients having their treatment in hospitals receiving the Healthgrades America’s 250 Best Hospital Award, on average, had around 26.6 percent lesser risk of death comparing to the hospitals which didn’t receive the award.

During the same period, if every hospital performed in the same way as the hospitals that achieve the award, 161,930 lives could be saved. For instance, the patients who are treated for Respiratory Failure in hospitals receiving the Healthgrades America’s 250 Best Hospitals Award have 24.5 percent lesser risk of dying.

The MD, Chief Medical Officer at Healthgrades named Brad Bowman, said that the recipients of Healthgrades America’s 250 Best Hospital are committed to providing high-quality care to their patients, and that is quite apparent. They congratulated the hospitals that got that award because of their dedication to providing high-quality care and impressive clinical outcomes for their patients.
