NACCE Chooses North Carolina for New National Headquarters

NACCE (The National Association for Community College Entrepreneurship) is one of the most leading and influential organizations across the nation which mainly focuses on developing the entrepreneurship via the community colleges. NACCE has now announced that they are opening their headquarters at Cary in North Carolina. The headquarters will house the leadership of the team of NACCE and also will feature a preparing or training location for the regional and national summits. NACCE in the Springfield will also retain a satellite office where the organization was established at the Springfield Technical Community College during 2002.

This new North Carolina headquarters will formally start in the February 2020 in the National Entrepreneurship Week. It will be located at the Wake Tech’s Western Wake Campus in the Cary. The college has now its Small Business Center at the campus and Wake Tech is regarded as the largest community college across the North Carolina. They have 2 career academies, 6 campuses, 2 educational centers, several community learning sites as well as the BioNetwork Capstone Center. The President and CEO of NACCE named Rebecca Corbin said that they had selected that Triangle area and the North Carolina would be their new corporate headquarters due to the robust entrepreneurial ecosystems as well as the growing number of the community colleges, the Historically Black Colleges and the Universities members. Rebecca Corbin added that they were looking forward to serving the growing network of NACCE of 330+ colleges along with the universities through collaborating with the host of foundation, association and industry partners across the North Carolina.
