Annatel is a leading Israeli MVNO and has begun a mobile offering. The service is controlled by the carrier-grade HSS and HLR of Summa Networks that merges the LTE HSS, IMS HSS and HLR as a piece of software by allowing the seamless interworking among 3G, 4G, 4.5G and 5G.
